"Todd is a terrific project manager (and a terrific manager of all types!) and a wonderfully warm and caring person who is a pleasure to work with. I worked with Todd at G+P and he brought a lot of dedication and value to every project he was involved in. Todd designed and delivered some of G+P's most challenging projects that had complex site, building program, and sensitive issues. He managed consultants and clients equally well - with diplomacy and tact. I highly recommend Todd in any type of business venture - as he will always give a project his undivided attention and he can be trusted to care passionately about the details and make certain everyone's concerns are taken care of.
